1.1 This Return and Refund Policy applies to consulting services provided by Shahco

2. Returns

2.1 Consulting Services: Due to the nature of consulting services, returns are generally not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns and explore potential solution

3. Refunds

3.1 Cancellation before Service Commencement: If you cancel a consulting service before the commencement date, you may be eligible for a refund of any fees paid, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Shahco in preparing for the service.

3.2 Cancellation after Service Commencement: If you cancel a consulting service after the commencement date, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the portion of the service already delivered and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Shahco

3.3 Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the consulting services provided by Shahco, you may request a refund. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refunds may be provided at the discretion of Shahco

3.4 Refund duration Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the processing of refunds.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

4.1 To request a return or refund, please contact us at help@shahco.com and provide details of your request, including the reason for the return or refund, along with any supporting documentation

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of the request. The method of refund will be determined by Shahco and may include reimbursement to the original payment method or issuance of a credit towards future services.
